In order to obtain a real estate sale license in Pennsylvania, you are required to successfully complete two real estate classes, Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practice each which are 30 hour 2 credit courses. After successful completion of these courses, you will be elgible to take the State Real Estate Sale licensing exam.
